Determine which areas of your life need balance
Create a personal and flexible routine to integrate the different aspects of your life
Incorporate simple techniques to help focus and manage time and stress on a daily basis
Seminar: Managing Transition During Challenging Times Corporate Karma Workshop
Change comes in many forms. Through the ups and downs, pleasures and pains, gains and losses, change is a part of life. Change waits for no one and sometimes leaves us to sink or swim on both personal and professional levels. Change forces us to face our weaknesses head-on. The most important and relevant changes that affect us so greatly come
in the form of relationships: with friends, with loved ones, with money
and with security. Sometimes change is self-initiated, but most of the time it is thrust upon us without any warning, control, or even a say in the matter.
This half-day seminar addresses the different kinds of changes that affect the work place. During challenging times (personal and professional), how can one mentally prepare for and embrace change? Participants will learn specific mechanisms that help manage transition on an individual level and to help colleagues and teams transition as well.
We offer different formats for team building workshops, from one-off events to retreats to ongoing sessions at your workplace. We have a variety of sessions, including partner/group yoga classes to foster communication and trust, corporate cook-off challenges with the Master Chef format, scavenger hunts and problem solving challenges.
